Remove Duplicates

Find and remove exact duplicates from your email lists. Merge multiple files, normalize case, and export clean, deduplicated results.

Why Remove Duplicate Emails?

Duplicate emails in your mailing list waste resources, skew analytics, and can annoy subscribers who receive multiple copies of your messages. Clean lists improve deliverability, reduce costs, and ensure accurate campaign metrics. Our tool performs case-insensitive matching, merges multiple sources, and shows you exactly which emails were duplicated.

How Email Deduplication Works

Our tool uses smart algorithms to identify and remove duplicate emails while preserving your data integrity.

Step 01

Input Emails

Paste emails directly or upload TXT/CSV files. We accept multiple files and combine them automatically.

Step 02

Normalize & Parse

Emails are lowercased, trimmed of whitespace, and validated for proper format. Invalid entries are filtered out.

Step 03

Detect Duplicates

Case-insensitive matching finds exact duplicates. We track how many times each email appears and from which source.

Step 04

Export Clean List

Download your deduplicated list in TXT, CSV, or JSON format. Includes duplicate counts and source tracking.

Frequently Asked Questions

What file formats are supported?

You can upload TXT files with one email per line, or CSV files where emails will be extracted from any column. You can also paste emails directly, separated by commas, semicolons, or newlines.

Is the matching case-sensitive?

No, our deduplication is case-insensitive. John@Example.com and john@example.com are treated as duplicates and only one will be kept in your final list.

Can I merge multiple files?

Yes! Upload up to 20 files at once. We'll combine all emails from all sources and remove duplicates across the entire merged list. Each email's source is tracked.

What does the "count" column show?

The count shows how many times each email appeared across all your inputs. A count of 1 means unique, while higher counts indicate that email was duplicated that many times.
